Blind or partially-sighted visitors at Clarence House
Access
There are three steps at the entrance to Clarence House. The remainder of the visitor route has level access.
Flooring
There are gravel paths at the entrance and the temporary structure in the garden has decking flooring.
The inside of the building is fully carpeted. As Clarence House is an historic building, the floors may be uneven so please take care.

Assistance animals
Assistance animals are welcome and water is available on request.
Shops
The shop is located at the end of the visit. There is a slight ramp at the entrance and the flooring is carpet.
Toilets
There are no toilets at Clarence House. The nearest accessible toilets are in St James's Park, opposite the entrance to Clarence House. There is a charge to use the public toilets, however the accessible toilets and baby-care facilities remain free of charge and can be accessed using a radar key provided by the attendant.
