Mobility access at The King's Gallery
The Queen’s Gallery has now become The King’s Gallery.
Concessionary rates are available if you have a disability and we offer a free access companion ticket which can be booked online.

Manual wheelchairs and rollators (wheeled walking aids with a seat) are available to borrow free of charge, on a first come, first served basis.
Mobility scooters can be used in the Gallery, providing they are compatible with the lift which measures 145cm in depth by 82cm in width and has a weight limit of 1000kg. If you have any queries, please contact the Specialist Sales team on +44 (0)303 123 7324 or [email protected]

A lift, with voice announcer, provides access to the main exhibition and measures 145cm in depth by 82cm in width. A ramp is available on the left-hand side of the shop.
Flooring and surfaces
There are stone and polished wooden floors throughout. There are ornamental grilles in the flooring in each of the galleries.
Respite seating

Assistance animals
Assistance animals are welcome. We recommend that if possible animals wear a jacket or lead slip to identify them as working.
Staff reserve the right to ask visitors to remove their animal if it is deemed not to be behaving appropriately. Arrangements will then be made for the visitor to return without their animal. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
