School visits
Find out how castles, palaces and great works of art can inspire learning
Bring the curriculum to life with a visit to one of our inspiring sites in London, Windsor and Edinburgh – combining history and art in the unique setting of our working royal residences.
We offer a rich programme of interactive workshops, tours, learning activities and resources for UK based nursery, primary and secondary pupils.
We can also bring our sites into your classroom with an interactive video call. Themed sessions explore the history of our sites and the Royal Collection.
Schools based outside the UK should book as a group visit here.
Subscribe to our school e-mail updates for the latest news and details of upcoming school sessions.
Royal Collection Learning at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace hold the 'Sandford Award' for Heritage Education, which recognises quality and excellence in education services at heritage and cultural sites in the UK and Ireland.
Our London, Edinburgh and Windsor sites also hold the 'Learning Outside the Classroom' acreditation. (LoTC)
